We timestamp the post and the price
The moment a pick goes public we log it, at the price they stated, or the market median at that second if they didn't state one. Edits and deletions don't change what was posted.

We record the close and devig it
When the game starts we take the closing line on both sides and strip out the bookmaker's margin, leaving the market's fair probability.

Closing-line value, with a 95% interval
CLV is the price taken against the fair close. Only cappers whose whole 95% interval sits above zero are marked Sharp.
